Vinegar and Water Solution

Vinegar and Hydrogen Peroxide

Yet another method is to clean the infected toenail with cotton dabbed in a solution of vinegar and hydrogen peroxide. Or else, put 2 drops of above mixture or vinegar on the infected toenail using a dropper. Repeat this twice a day. As the nail grows, trim it as short as possible so that the infected nail part disappears.

Ingesting Vinegar

Some people believe that consuming apple cider vinegar heals the infection speedily. Two tablespoons of pure vinegar thrice a day is recommended. However, this remedy may not suit for every person. It is always advisable to seek a doctor’s advice before ingestion.

Vinegar for toenail fungus treatment cannot be the ultimate cure, however proper toenail care should also be taken. It is always advisable to expose your nails to air, dry nails after washing or bathing, wipe the nail corners, etc. Also wear slippers in public places so to avoid any infections.
