Follow This Instruction:

brush ur teeth with ur normal toothpaste nd brush.
take a ripe banana as it is filled with minerals nd vitamins.then peel the banana frm bottom end,it'll prevent the banana threads.
take some of the inside of the banana peel nd gently rub it on ur teeth.
the minerals like potassium,magnesium nd manganese will be absorb, then wash ur teeth.
do this twice a day fr healthy bright teeth :)
