Eat fruits and vegetables to make your hair healthy



Fruits promote healthy hair when regularly consumed or used in treatment applications which are tasty, full of nutrients and vitamins. Fruits promote hair growth and against premature graying. Always include lots of sweet juicy fruits and green leafy vegetables

Many citrus fruits like oranges, lemons and grapefruit and vegetables like broccoli, greens, and peas are rich in Vitamin C, bioflavonoids and antioxidants. It helps to boost circulation to the scalp which promotes hair growth.


Vitamin A:

Vitamin A helps to makes your hair shiny and soft.  Melon and banana hair masks are perfect for healthy hair. Mix both fruits and make a thick paste, which should be applied generously to the hair. Then apply a plastic cap and allow the paste for 45 minutes and wash your hair thoroughly.

Vitamin C:

Citrus fruits like strawberries, kiwi and pineapples are helpful for healthy hair. It prevents free-radical oxidation of hair follicles and hair loss.  Intake of fruits with high levels of vitamin C should make your hair shiny and healthy.

Vitamin E:

Avocado fruits were rich in Vitamin E. Applying avocado hair mask will strengthen your hair. Apply the mask over scalp and leave for 20 minutes. Then wash thoroughly with shampoo and conditioner. It also helps to reduce the chances of premature graying and keeps your color vibrant.
