Onion Juice for Vomiting

Take few onions and extract juice from them. Take 1 teaspoon of onion juice at regular intervals, say once in 2 hours. This is effective natural cure for vomiting.

Some Diet Regulations to Cure Vomiting

First twelve hours one must avoid taking any solid food. Only liquid foods like carbonated juices, apple juice and water should be taken. Milk and dairy products should not be taken during first 24 hours.
Next twelve hours one can take fruits such as peeled apples, bananas. Boiled rice and boiled potatoes could be taken.
After 24 hours one can resume normal diet. It is best to have non-fat food in order to avoid recurring of vomiting.
